🔧 Free Bike Maintenance Tips
Want to keep your bike running smoothly? Here are five simple checks you can carry out regularly:
● Check your tyres: Look for cuts, wear and low tyre pressure.
● Test your brakes: Make sure your brakes work properly before riding.
● Look after your chain: Keep it clean and appropriately lubricated.
● Check your gears: Skipping or slipping gears may need adjustment.
● Inspect your bike: Look for loose components, damaged wheels and other visible problems.
Always make sure a bike is safe to ride before setting off. If you’re unsure about its condition, seek advice from a cycle mechanic.
