Well what can I say !!
I’ve had 3 shops look at my bike and all say it’s too old to do anything with and they take trade ins but I don’t want to. Text this person called lee in Feltwell as per recommendation and lee immediately said he can take a look at the bike, I am so shocked by how polite lee is and well presented a older style no nonsense mechanic and his experience shows with the way he talks and explains everything not like having a medical report you can’t understand. He kept me informed sent me pictures and videos via WhatsApp and didn’t do anything that wasn’t needed and let me approve first! He picked up and dropped off my bike and it’s like new 26 year old and rides like the day I first bought it absolutely fantastic service and with a smile.
Now booking it in with lee permanently. My old bike lives again.
Don’t trust these shops that charge stupid money and feed you nonsense go to Feltwell cycle services a true gentleman with bags of knowledge and not after your wallet.
