I had neglected to take good care of my poor bike for a good few years, even though I use it often. I fell off it and broke something in the mechanism and it became close to unrideable, finally I had no choice but to do something about it.
I nearly took it to Halfords because that’s where I got it but I read some poor reviews so I googled local bike repair places instead. I’m so glad I did! Lee clearly has a lot of passion for bikes and kept me updated through the process of making it good as new, and even if sometimes I didn’t know what he was talking about, it was clear my bike was in good hands!
He even picked it up for me and lent me a loan bike so I could get to work, and dropped it off again when it was done. Now it feels and looks like a completely different bike ( it also doesn’t make a horrible grinding sound or shriek when I press the brakes which is quite a relief). Thanks so much Lee!
